Easiest way to buy airtime, make payments & send money with your 'ATM' card. You even get bonus airtime when you top up your phone on any network.


This is not an advert for Quick teller, but I still find it amazing how students or even the senior citizens still throng in the bank everyday despite the stress and at the expense of their time. At the end of the day, many still fail to meet a payment deadlines or cash their payment from the counter.

We all already know we don’t need to thronged in the bank to withdraw money from our account, but do you know we don’t need to swarm in the bank to either make any payments in Nigeria or even send money oversea?

I don't intend making this long except for the known issues that need attention to be called on.

You can easily navigate to m.quickteller.com on your mobile or www.quickteller.com on your computer to carry out almost every form of transaction except that you cant withdraw cash. And what you simply need to use is your ATM card of which ever type

NB: For the mobile app, VERVE CARD is the only ATM you can use to carry out limitless transaction if you activate the card and linked it with your phone number. Or use the web pay option to carry out transactions.

On any mobile phone that have internet access, just visit get.quickteller.com and download it to your phone.

NB: if you dont activate your verve card, you can only recharge N200 daily and cant carry out other transactions.

COMMON QUESTIONS:

Can I use MasterCard or Visa cards on Quickteller?

You can use your MasterCard on Quickteller when using “Pay at Quickteller” option. However you would not be able to activate a MasterCard on Quickteller mobile. Also, Visa cards are currently not supported on Quickteller

Can I use Quickteller mobile without activating my card

Yes, you can use Quickteller without activating your card. However, you’d need to choose the “Pay at Quickteller” option to complete your payments using WebPAY. This option opens a browser within your phone to complete the transaction.

How do I activate my card for electronic transactions at the ATM

1. Visit an ATM
2. Insert your card
3. Select Quickteller
4. Select "Pay bills"
5. Choose your account type
6. Select “Others”
7. Enter 322222 as the payment code
8. Enter your phone number as ‘Customer Reference’
9. Accept the N1.00 amount displayed
10. Follow prompts to complete the transaction

 

Are there any transaction limits and if so what are they

Yes there are transaction limits. The transactions limits you have set on an activated card depend on the mode of activation, if you have activated on the ATM the transaction limits are; bill payment: 250,000, transfer to account 1,000,000, recharge 8000. NOTE THOUGH: That your bank may set more stringent or different limits. However if you activated on the mobile application the transaction limits are: bill payment: 0, transfer to account 0, (you will not be able to perform a payment or do a transfer), recharge 200
